After raving about how good I feel. I had a not too great weekend. However, I must qualify that with the fact that I have severe asthma and the last 3 or 4 days where I live we have had wind advisories, pollution advisories and people with lung problems, heart problems and asthma should NOT be outside. With that said, you know I was out. At least to go to work. And groceries on Friday and Saturday I had to take my rats to the vet. And I was a little more short of breath today. And the pain is back between my shoulder blades. Now, I can also look and wonder "did I push myself more because I felt good?" I was told by the cardiologist 2 walks around Walmart in a week. And no further than my mailbox and back to the apartment. And of course, from the parking lot at work and to my desk. This morning I got to work and was informed I needed to gather all my stuff and walk to another building to work. Needless to say, I looked at them and said, "can't do it". So, I ended up back at home and took it easy. I keep remembering what else my doctor said and I haven't listened. She said, "When you have a good day, do something you enjoy. Don't fill it with cleaning." And I am still only at 4 months. The doctor is not even looking for me to go back to cardiac rehab until at least June or later.
