By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

Anyways - Im sure this is a shot in the dark, just and idea, I have made so many good friends here at DS its kinda like I want to take you and transition you to the rest of me. I will always be a part of DS - sooo not going anywhere!!! I have made a solem vowe to help new comers and my current friends - because I know Ill never ever forget anyone here - each of you has truly touched my life in your own way its amazing.
But at the same time, im trying not to obcess sooo much about clots - so if any of you would like to find me you can search:

I finally have shared my story with my friends on myspace after almost 7 months, I have not touched my myspace page much since my pe, I kinda felt as though it wasnt me anymore - but my mind snapped in another direction last week and I revamped what I wanted to about my page and decided to write a long ass blog about my experience today so look out world im coming back!

What you said about not obsessing about clots and talking about "regular stuff" resonated with me. I am working on finding that balance...
I need to process the trauma and learn about throbophilia, but I also need to live and love life!
