Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

I know also that if you're dehydrated and not getting enough electrolytes, you can get muscle twitches and spasms.
There's a lot of things that can cause twitching that AREN'T brain tumors and its much more likely you've got one of those. Try to think critically about what else you've got going on or what you've changed recently.
I have a sister who gets spasms under one eye every time her thyroid hormone levels get low. Our bodies have been through quite a trauma, it makes me wonder if some of the strange symptoms are just part of the body trying to re-balance itself.
