By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

She got me on antibiotics (luckily she is also a nurse and knows what shes doing, and when she reported to my doctor he took what she was saying as gospel and wrote the prescription for antibiotics).
I do understand how difficult it is to just get up and go to the doctor and even though I rant about it I am guilty of it too.
