By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

everything is going decent as is possible. we moved into the new house, after which i was waiting for the humane society to drag me out in the back yard and shoot me like a broke horse...but it went as well as could be expected
my six month appointment was supposed to have been tuesday but i had to miss it because of a budget meeting i could not get out of at work, so now i have to take the stupid warfarin for at least another few days. new date is the 18th now.
other than that, everything continues as before...i hope everyone is doing well and getting excited for xmas!

Sucks you had to miss your appointment grrr, its annoying when work interferes! But yay for you moving into a new house...
