By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
That is what my pulomonologist recomeded. They don't have vitamin K in them. I have been taking them since October. I think a daily supplement is always important to your diet.

My doctor also told me I could take the Alka-Seltzer cold and cough while I'm on Coumadin. (Non-alcoholic)
