been a long time since I posted!
Ive been doing pretty good, a bit achy in the chest the past few days but i blame that on the cold I think im coming down with grr.
So someone posted ( sorry cant remember who ) either here or on the dvt forum that it was ok to take flinstone vitamins, my gf asked today at my hematology office ( she works there ) and they said i could take them....
Anyone taking them?
Do u think its really good enough, and there is actually a point in taking them, or do you guys think its a pointless dose of nutrients.
The fact that I believe the cold thats been going round is finally catching up with me has me trying everything to boost my immune system w/o tampering with coumadin.
I bought some danactiv too, its supposed to help ur immune system but who knows, even if it doesnt its yummy!
Anyways miss you all, I know ive been MIA I will write a journal soon!

That is what my pulomonologist recomeded. They don't have vitamin K in them. I have been taking them since October. I think a daily supplement is always important to your diet.

And Cupcake its good to see you again and good to hear your doing OK except for the cold your trying to catch.
My doctor also told me I could take the Alka-Seltzer cold and cough while I'm on Coumadin. (Non-alcoholic)
