By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

Cauliflower----- listed in that brochure as high in Vit K. (because it's in the same family as broccoli).
Now here's the strange thing---- and yet another reason to double check everything read on the Internet.
I've seen sites that list cauliflower as low in Vit K, some that list it as medium and others that list it as high.
I think it's high, or certainly medium----- but LOW?
What is it, really?
