By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

Downloading pictures

I realize this is a off topic.But I am having a problem trying to get pictures on my profile and photos.It says must be smaller than 1.5MB and most of my pictures if not all are larger.I have a Sony cybershot and I am pretty useless when it comes to downloading something.It will not take any photos due to size of MBs any pointers or suggestions.It will really make me feel part of the group if I could change my pictures from time to time so I guess it does have some credibility as a subject.Sorry if I wasted anyones time.Thank You

download a copy of picasa from Google, then use it's export function to export a smaller version of the picture that you want to use, also any programs that came with your camera will probably have a "save as" function, if it does then select either "jpg" or "jpeg" and you should then get an option to select quality level - for quality read file size.

Thank You very much for your info.I was able to download a picture of my German Sheppard.I could not believe I figured it out. Everything I know on the computer is self taught. No lessons my kids know how to do more. It took me a few minutes to find export but I did.My dogs name is Lexie she has been great with keeping me company since the PE.My family is very busy with activities and since I have been off work since March 9 and my wife is trying to pick up the slack,she is not home much. Again thanks for the info I learned something new.
