I have all these new medical terms swimming around in my head constantly, i still have home nurse visits at least every 2nd day but usually daily and i feel like i could sleep for a month! I had a very large PE (suspected caused by DVT after a flight home from the USA) that had built up over a 3 week period because i am asthmatic so initially i ignored the symptoms, then my family Dr did too, and treated me for asthma, a chest infection and even a stomach ulcer!!! So i had right ventricular stress by the time i passed out at home and was taken by ambulance to the emergency room. I was thrombolised with altoplase on March 15th.

I am an Australian but am moving to America later this year for my husbands job (and the adventure), i am dissappointed that travelling will be a little more complex in future with my increased risk of DVT now.
