I have just joined the group as I have just had my first dealings with psoriasis. It came behind booth knees at the same time ,,,, and was somewhat painful and uncomfortable .. It is now under control but still there a bit.. What brought this on ???? What triggers Psoriasis. There was no major diet change , no soap change ,, no detergent change ,,, yet there it was out of the blue..
there is never a clear cut reason and everyone is different, plus as we get older our bodies change so what once never gave us an issue can form into one
lots of theories out there and lots of different types of treatments work for different people... unfortunately there is no black&white answer for cause or cure
I think the words as you get older pretty well hit it ,,,, I have always been blessed with good health ,, not my doing but through grace above,,,,,,, now as I get older ,,, I just can't perform the way I was at 30,or 40 ,,, its all changing ,,,,, you have been kind to reply ,,thanks ,,best wishes and good health to you
