But please don't worry, as this is just one of the possible scenarios. Some girls didn't clear at all in their pregnancies or it got much worse. So nobody really knows, you might be the lucky one- once cleared, it will stay this way.
And if not, at least you'll have a great pregnancy, with no additional worries about labour (as if it wasn't stressful enough;). You'll be able to focus on the experience itself, instead of worrying about the patches being there.
After you deliver, there are many options available for you, if- only if- it comes back.
