Home Remedies or OTC, No insurance....

Hello Everyone,

I belong to another group on DS, but my boyfriend has Psoriasis on his scalp and does not have health insurance. Does anybody have any OTC meds or shampoos that they can recommend for him to try that isn't so costly? Normally in the summer he will buzz his hair down so the sun helps a bit, but the winter in Jersey has been brutal this year. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!

I use magnesium chloride oil. You can order from Amazon or wherever you want. I am not selling nothing. Just spray it under arms and a few other places twice a day. I needed at least eight sprays twice a day for it to work well. He can spray directly on his scalp and wait about twenty minutes and wash his hair.......But, if he has any open sores on his head, it will burn like hell at first. This spray contains salt and that is why it burns. By applying to on other areas will eventually clear his scalp. It did for me.

You have to let it absorb into skin. Twenty minutes or so.

The spray I bought came in a 8 oz. bottle and will last a while. Cost between 8.00 to 12.00. I am now making my own because I use a lot. If you want the recipe get back with me. I have full body psoriasis and this keeps it clear.

I have to add that the mag oil will take a few weeks to see results so don't expect an overnight cure from this and don't skip any days until the psoriasis is gone and then you may be able to cut down to once a day, like me. Good luck.

Magnesium Oil is a Miracle oil. It is the best, even the plants love it. I save every drop when I rinse off with water and chuck it out in the gardens.
