So, wooshing has always been a very big symptom of mine and it seems to be worse in certain positions. When i lay on my stomach and tilt my head up (to look at comp. screen ext.) the wooshing is the most intense and my head begins to throb and feel like it is going to explode. So if ur a woosher try this and tell me if its the same for you.
Also if i dont change from that position and just let it keep wooshing eventually (about 2 minutes) i will hear nothing but white noise.

Hi April, I can't (and haven't for years) been able to lay on my stomach and raise my head without swooshing increasing or dizziness. I've never be able to hold that positon long enough to see if it changes.. too and I mean TOO uncomfortable

When my pressure's bad, I have a similar reaction when lying on my stomach. When I was a kid I always laid on my stomach to watch tv/read. I don't know when that changed, but by the time I was dx'd, I never laid on my stomach with my head up, was too uncomfortable.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
