I do want to pass along that I've found that eliminating foods with msg seem to help me. It's hard to do since it's in like everything (anytime you see "natural flavors" for example, yep, that's msg). Vitamin B6 counteracts the msg, so taking a B-complex vitamin might help. This is just what seems to work for me. Experiment if you'd like. :)
