the big clue is you WOKE UP like that. so what happened in your sleep? what is going on with the new sleep study, or the report on the prior one?
yeah, going back to sleep if you wake up like that, is probably not a good idea. probably better to avoid sleeping more than 6 hrs until you can get control of your OSA. that way you avoid the deep REM periods that will make everything worse.
