I didn't see anything about redness of the eyes and I've never taken topamax, only diamox. But you can give it a look over. Scroll down to the bottom of page and.it will give a complete.list of all reaction known for.that medication. I would still at least call your local ER. And ask their opinion. I would say if.it doesn't get better by morning I would definetly see your doctor. If you noticed and more syptoms such as pains or itchyness then go to ur optho imediately. If they aren't open yet go to er. You can not afford to damage your eyes. IH does a good enough job at that! Good luck sweetie.
