I have experienced tinnitus as a side effect of Diamox, however it occurred due to a heightened dosage in the beginning of my treatment. I have not since experienced any problems.
If the tinnitus is bothersome, I think you should consider seeing a doctor. Although, this does not sound like a medical emergency, it's probably best to get things checked out just to be safe.
