Summer heat is not my friend

This heat is killing me! I know most of you have problems with storms and such but I don't for me it is the nice hot days that do me in. I am sure it has to do with fluid retention, kind of like being pregnant in the summer and your ankles/fingers swell up. I don't know why I retain so much fluid (kidney function is fine and am on a low sodium diet).
Do any of you have problems when it is hot out with fluid retention and does it make your IIH worse?

heat will increase ICP directly. humidity also.

I do not envy you. it was apparently 112 here in Vegas yesterday and I was out walking around, and contemplating how much easier it is to be in the heat here compared to the South.

I feel your pain. The heat has also been killing me.
The weather here has been STUPID HOT, or THUNDERSHOWER for the last month, to two months.
And before that it was freezing.
I'd rather it go back to freezing.

The heat makes things worse for me also. And I retain fluid badly, sweat like crazy. I have tons of weird symptons and the drs all say its not related which is frustrating. New here....

The heat is a killer try your best not to work in it. I made that mistake a few days ago I am still feeling it.

Unfortunately where I am it is hot 24/7 from April through the end of October. I try to avoid it but it's hard when you have little ones who want to go out and play and it's always 95+ outside 6-8 months out of the year!
