HI EVERY ONE ! Hope all is well !!
Court date set for Oct. 27,2011 This is my Appeal after being denied 3 x's ! I think I have a good case ,I do have a lawyer,I have the LP Shunt this Sept. 22 is one yr since it was put in.Nothing but problems every since ! I have IH and fibro thus far.f IH has forever changed my LIFE ! I've had 6 revisions and have gone through many meds and still suffer greatly from the migraines,eye pain and body pain, Body weakness vision is still getting worse,I do go for another eye field test Sept 27 just had one done a mth ago ...
? is from any of you that has gone through this, is there anything I should say or not say,Will the judge tal to me even tho. I have a lawyer
,She will be contacting me the first part of Oct. to go over my case and get every thing in order.Any ?'s I should be asking my Lawyer ??
Any info would be helpful , I just dont know what to expect... don't want to be cought off gaurd. I want to be Ready for this ! May this yr has been a 1 yr since I put in my claim. 16 mths later I really need this being that my case hase been so hard on me and have had so many problems,I take morphone every 4 hours I'm not reliable,have balance issues body pain daily migraines to the point of icepacking every day ! The list goes on and on ! So ANY thing you can offer would be of great help !

Don't worry everything will be ok, they will have a rep in person or over the phone from vocational rehab to testify for social security, they will offer the court some jobs they think you CAN do. Sometimes the judge has throughly reviewed your case and has decided before you get there your awarded. If not then be ready to present along with your attorney how this effects you physically, cognitively, any and all panic, depression, anxiety issues you have that would impare you in the job(s) the claim you can do.

I have read alot of your post,even the one on your SSD.& know that you won,Bless your heart you go through so much.I will take all this to the court room ! Theres nothing I can do in my history of work prior to my DX that I can now due NOTHING! I just have to prove it , I think I have a really good chance so we will see and will be giving feed back so that others that come along behind me with perhaps this same ? will have answers !
