Manicuris, I think I know the problem. There are two scroll buttons - one to the immediate right of the spreadsheet, one to the far right of your screen.
The one on the far right is the one for your overall browser window. It won't move the spreadsheet up and down. The one on the immediate right (closer in) scrolls the spreadsheet up and down.
There's tons of room for you to add your name. There's also room for you to add any symptoms you'd like to in the top row, on the far RH side.
