Question for my vp shunters

First off hello guys it's been 5 weeks since my vp shunt surgery And umm nothing seems too different which kinda sucks but I guess it's still too soon to tell but anywho my question is I keep on having this cold sensation on the top of my head like someone one is pouring water on top of my head is that normal? its been going on for a couple weeks now. Well thanks for reading having a great weekend?

Give it time to work, girly. You will probably need adjustments to your shunt setting.

And for the cold feeling, that is probably from nerves. It may heal over time, or it may not (don't be pessimistic though!). It most likely is not something to stress...but if you are, call the doctor. :)

oh that sounds weird! it may be just the skin sensation coming back. my head was numb for quite a while around the surgical incisions and when the feeling was coming back it felt strange. maybe it is related to that? sorry you arent feeling fabulous, it takes a while to recover from brain surgery! check with your NS and see if you need an adjustment. good luck!
