Is it possible it is a sty? Styes are usually pink and raised, cause by any sort of irritation to your eye or localized infection and usually go away in a week or so. Styes are only on the eye lid as far as I know.
Go get your eye checked out if it gets anyworse or does not go away in a few days.

and its not on my eyelid so i guess the sty thing is out
