I have the same pattern you do but I can't do as much. If I do too much mental or physical work I'm in bed for a few days. A good night's sleep or a few hours rest doesn't rest me up like it did in the old days.
I'm so sorry you are going through that. The bright side is that it's comforting for me to know I have company.

I know on one of the other feeds you have mentioned you are losing weight even though you are not trying too. I've noticed a pattern for me and let me see if this maybe a similar pattern?
I have a good physical/mental day (very rarely can I do a lot of physical work like shopping and housecleaning followed by serious computer work or even stuff like balancing the checkbook) do WAY too much - wear myself out for the next couple of days, causing some doozy head pains as well as no appetite because it hurts my jaw and back of my head and creates more head noise to chew, then I have a hard time swallowing water right now anyways so it's a mess but anyways all of this causes less food being eaten and weight loss.
Sorry for all the grammar mistakes but I have noticed this pattern for me, and though my thinking is super slow today apparently it does still happen :-)
