Dont know exactly where to start but...Ive been struggling w8th psuedotumor for a very long time. What made it hard was that ive moved from Dallas tx to Louisiana, which means having to break in a new team of neurologists to finally get a full understanding of your history.
For the past couple of weeks life has been hell on earth. First coupple of days the headache began but tylenol got rid of the pain. After a while i felt like Batman only in dark rooms hiding away from everyone and everything. Nausea and vomiting, making the pain worst along with crying.
Eventually i called my neurologists who wanted to see me the next monday. He was afraid something was wrong with my vp shunt but i kept telling him this feels like the pain i first had when i had been diagnosed with my pineal cyst. The same pressure in the back of my head and eyes, along with blurry vision, and spots in my eyes.
But everytime i try to tell the new team of neurologists they tell me of course its either my weight, my shunt, its probably one of the many types of headaches i have, or were going to try to break the cycle of pain. But how when they only want to give me one thing for pain which is turadol which is doing nothing? (not sure if im spelling this correctly)
How do i get them to listen to my needs and concerns? Im still currently in the hospital, but at this point it feels like i might as well go home. Only because the headache is still frequent and never goes away, its still like im at home in my room in the dark giving myself tylenol. Any advice?

have they checked your ICP??? yeah, Toradol wouldn't touch ICP headache. and I'm not sure that you have any other "type" of headache. I am suspicious of doctors who try to say it's not ICP, now you have "migraines".
