Sorry you are having such a bad day! That is how it works for me to, good days and bad days. For me, My head and vision are alot worse if I bend over or reach over my head. I try to avoid doing that but it is so hard as you do that in your every day routine. I try to use my legs as much possible and even get down on my knees a lot. I also keep a step stool handy so I do not have to reach above my head.
I hope your head feel better.
Emily
Bending down makes my headaches much worse. I use one of those grabbers a lot so I don't have to bend over. If I do have to do something down low I kneel. Squatting is sometimes just as bad as bending and stooping. I get dressed like a senior citizen. I sit in a chair so I don't have to bend over to put on pants, and on really bad days I use a sock putter onner and a long shoe horn so I don't have to bend down to put on my shoes.
Reaching over my head hasn't bothered me much, but bending my head backwards and bending my neck back to reach, rinse my hair, etc. really does make things worse. My neck is stiff to begin with and this makes it much stiffer and more painful.
