So, I can sleep pretty good one night and stay awake for several days before getting sleep again. By then I'm exhausted. Ive tried sleep aides and so forth. I do not drink sodas... But I can not continue to go to work exhausted. Please help :(

you can start with simple things like using Afrin at bedtime and making sure you sleep on your stomach, not on your back. don't use anything for sleep besides Ambien or Sonata or these things will make your sleep apnea worse.
