So I was started back on Topamax, per my request, on Wednesday...no side effects so far. Good thing. No massive headache relief yet either, but we are building the dose up over three weeks!
If y'all remember, my seizure medication was also increased then. Well, I have not had any seizures since...INCLUDING at the Scotty McCreery / THE BAND PERRY :D / Brad Paisley concert on Saturday. I did, however, take a Xanax when Scotty went off, for TBP, and when they went off, for Brad, to be sure. I have memory of it all, and I felt fine!!!
I'm so happy! We got some fantastic pictures, as well. Brad Paisley put his hand in mine (we had seats RIGHT next to one of the catwalks), ever so gently, and handed me the FIRST guitar pick of the night!!! So exciting...and at the end of the night, Scotty touched my hand, then also Reid, Neil, and Kimberly from TBP and KP also said, "I love that!" to my shirt. Now, she saw this shirt when I met them last month and said that she loved it. My friends said she recognized us all. I am going to send it to her and they also have M&G's for next time we go to a show again. Oh man!

I cannot say my seizures are under control, but I have not had anymore so far...so fingers and toes are crossed and hair is braided for luck! ;)
When I say no headaches, I mean not even the usual headache I get from my pressure building up a little while I sleep (the one that goes away once I sit up or get up!) It's pretty awesome. :)
