Congratulations on the weight loss! That is a huge number and you should be proud. Saying that, it is obvious that this is not just a "fat person" disease, and while weight loss has helped some with symptoms, it doesn't help e eryone.

It sounds like your symptoms are worsening. The neck and should pain seems to be pretty common amongst us, and several, including me, starting getting numbness affecting one side of my head and face. I would call your new neuro and at least describe what is happening and see if they can see you earlier. That worked for me last fall. The numbness call also be a sign of stroke, so don't take it lightly. When I first called my primary care doc last fall when this first happened to me (the numbness) she made to go to the ER immediately.

If it worsens at all or the headache worsens go to the ER.

Is your diet low carb? I.e., lots of animal protein?

Congrats on the weightloss! That's awesome! I have about 30 to go! If your pain is that painful, then I would think it is def something to be concerned about. That isn't normal. I hope they put you on a cancellation list? That's a long time to wait and to have to be in the pain your in!

No, just lower calorie. Less crap and try to eat more things that aren't from a box. Things don't always work like that, but it's lower calories high veggies

I do have to say I'm horrible about the veggies :)

See the animal products & Vitamin A discussion. I bet your symptoms will improve without animal products for a while (no eggs, meat, fish, chicken, fish oil, milk, cheese, vitamin fortified foods, including breads made with egg whites), etc.

I read it, I'm more concerned about the multivitamins... Also I haven't had milk in like 2 years found put I was allergic, I really don't think I could cut out meat.
