I'm getting these horrible headaches I never had before. I get them right before my period I think. I saw the Obgyn today to discuss the progesterone I'm on and were cutting the meds in 1/4 and taking it all the time so I hopefully don't cycle so I don't have these horrible headaches. I was ok just an hour ago now I'm horrible almost in tears and feel like I'm going to throw up.
If you are feeling this horrible you should consider going to the ER. Your severe headaches can be a sign that your intracranial pressure is way too high.
How long does this horrible headache last?
Full moons also give many of us problems because of that extra little gravitational pull. I have major problems with both and sometimes go for up to a week without sleep because my head hurts so badly. It seems to be just another good ole part of IH.
