I was trying to reorganize my stepson's room and the darn cat got in and jumped up on the bookshelf and before I realized it, the bookshelf came falling down and hit me on in the forehead area. It hurt so bad, I started to cry...Now, I have a "goose egg" on my forehead, but I put ice on it right away and took some Tylenol. I go to my Neuro Opth next week, so I will mention it to him...ugh!!

It does take some time to adjust to, umm,the new us.We do need to be that bit more careful than the next person.
Maybe you should start now, practising, before you bang your head a few more times and knock any sense that is left out! Cath.
