High blood pressure too?

I was at the doctors office and my blood pressure was elevated.....which I have had an episode a few years ago where it was high for a month or two and then it went back to normal......anyone else experiencing this?

I have borderline high blood pressure as a separate condition. you need to be very careful to get this under control. as you spike your blood pressure in daily activity your brain will swell this will spike your ICP - this happens to me regularly and i have to sit and wait for my BP to decrease for my headache to reduce. and i am only borderline 130/95.

As to why it is happening to you now?? lol why knows but you are certainly under a lot of stress.... I hope it settles down for you, i know keeping chilled out if hard especially now. i find beta blockers help lol.

sleep apnea increases BP.

so when I go to the Neuro doc make sure I again ask for a sleep apnea study....yep I remember I see her I think on the 16th this month
