I have been sick for years, diagnosed two years ago. Meds didnt work so I got a VP shunt, that didnt work either! ( sometimes they are not the answer...)
Now I have sky high blood pressure to add to the ever growing list. But thanks to all here, I over came my dislike of going to the drs and the possiblility of a stroke!
You are one of us and we will do all we can to help. If you feel like crying, laughing, or venting, we all understand. we all do it at some point to. I hope you will find this site as good as the rest of us do. Cath..
As far as the losing the weight thing, well s**t, if it was that easy I would have done it a long time ago! My DR said even a small amount would help, well after 20 lb it hasnt helped on bit, I continue to get worse.
Stay on top of those eyes, our sight is precious!
As far as the scalp thing, mine is so tender and sore, it hurts to brush my hair and I cant wear it up a lot anymore, I know a lot o others on here have the same issue.
As for the spell check, I cant spell AT ALL, so I type everything in Word and spell check, then copy and paste to here. I realize this is a bit neurotic but I suck so badly at spelling and a lot of times I am not even close!
Hang in there,
Emerson
