What a great question. I've wanted to try Sensa for awhile now. But, it just lists "natural ingredients." That could be MSG, other glutamates, etc. They wouldn't give me any more details. I don't know how some substances effect csf pressure and the brain in general, so I'd rather stay away from them. Not openly saying what all the ingredients are makes me a little suspicious.

Alli, never tried it. Am looking forward to hearing about it.

I find that the overadundance of water I drink makes me so full I just can't handle eating big meals anymore, I also tend to agree with Sea if they ain't telling me what's in it, I don't want it. Maybe its made in China and its ancient Chinese secret......

I take Alli and so far it has been good. There is only one side effect that I have noticed but it gets better over time. When you first start taking it, it will definitely loosen your bowels and if you feel like you have gas, don't second guess...just go to the bathroom. That does get better and it does help you lose weight. Take it with meals and it helps to block fat absorption in the food you eat. I have been taking it for about 4 or 5 months now and have lost about 35 lbs. That is being mostly sedentary, with little physical activity. It was also the only thing my dr recommended I take.

I really want to try sensa also but I have bad food allergies. I wish I could get a hold of the ingredient to see if I could use it.
