I was told it could also be linked to exposure to nuclear radiation. Is it true. Anyone heard that?

Wow, that's a first. I was only exposed to iodine radiation before my PTC was discovered. I don't think it has anything to do with nuclear radiation... It seems to me that you must live or work near a nuclear plant in order to be exposed...

I was in the military and that is how the doc's said that I got it I don't know how true it is. I just was seeing if anyone else heard of getting it this way. I know it wasn't from weight cause I was only 140 at the time of exposure but the whole childbearing years makes sense. cause shortly after I lost my first babies, a set of twins

I vaguely remember reading an article some months ago about soldiers being exposed to a particular chemical used in war (I think it had to do with a particular weapon though, not radiation...could be mistaken though.) that is now thought to be linked to PTC...I am going to try to find it for you...
