IH has allowed me to see what being at 0% really is, but inspire of all IH has taken away from me it has allowed me to know how strong and courageous I can be where things get tough. It has given me wonderful new friends (such as yourselves) who treat me better than most of my friends. It has allowed me to be a support system for a friend who has had a spontaneous CSF leak for 11 years. It has made my goals and dreams much more powerful because I want them more than I ever before.
