I have been taking diamox at 250 mg twice a day for awhile. I also take spironolactone 100 mg once a day. I seem fine at these doses. They raised my diamox to up to 500 mg twice a day and I couldn't drink enough water without still becoming dehydrated. And I felt very sick which may or may not be from dehydration. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm so desperate with horrendous blurry vision and other visual disturbences. Thanks!
I'm glad yours calmed down. Is Topamax a diuretic? Cause the two I take wipe me me out at higher doses. Thanks!
It's confusing at best but there is a balance that must be maintained to avoid symptoms of dehydration. The times I feel nauseous, I know I haven't eaten enough protein. You will get the hang of it, just give yourself some time. :-)
