If only it were that easy. Ugh of all days to get hit with a headache and the foggy brain feeling. I've never had problems with the angle I hold my neck at (in terms of it making my head hurt) but this weekend, it seems no matter how I hold my head, I feel the discomfort start in my neck like it is being squeezed and then it brings on a lovely headache. I know I shoulsn't complain, it could be so much worse.

I'm hoping that your neck and everything today resolves as you get into the swing of things. Stress does such awful things.
