Hi everyone! Hope you all are doing well. I haven't been on this site for awhile because of different reasons...One, being "spring cleaning" ....
I had my VP shunt surgery in June 2009 and recently, I have been experiencing shoulder, neck and arm pain..my husband said that he can't feel any knots or anything in my shoulders, etc to make it think it would be stress related. I also have Fibromyalgia and it is hard to figure out if it could be related to that or maybe my cranial pressure is up again? I haven't had a LP done since getting my VP Shunt put in. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions?

I was wondering where you dissapeared to. Thought maybe you were still morning that the GBP's didn't win the superbowl, LOL.
As for your pain, do you have a headache, tinitus or visual issues? If you have any of those more typical IIH symptoms them maybe someting could be wrong with your shunt. My HA, tinitus and neck pain all came back so I knew something was not right. I went to my NS who then did a shunt tap and determined it was not flowing properly. Long story short more surgery and it is working again.
As for your spring cleaning........... Who is the first Irishman to come out in the spring? .............................Patty 'O Furniture. I think you and all the other old timers are trired of that one but what the heck maybe someone will smile.
