I've been experiencing periods of blurred vision or crossed eyes. When this occurs I become tired, very sleepy then a period weakness hits my body... And that's when I've noticed my blood pressure has been dropping low after the tingling and numbness an achy feeling kind of subsides. My vision will come back too. I've gone to the ER an Bc I've had so many taps they wanted me to see my neuro Bc their sure I need another one but know that I've had to many to have one done blindly.

Sorry to hear you aren't doing well! Frequent LPs are not necessary for treatment of IIH, unless it's an emergency scenario most doctors would advise against the practice.
The blurred vision would worry me, are you being followed by an eye doctor? It's very important with any symptoms related to the eyes, that you notify an eye doctor and have them check for swelling of the optic nerves. Papilledema is one of the many risk involved with IIH and blurred vision could be an indicator of swelling. As for the low BP, I would advise seeing your primary care physician, I'm not sure what could be causing it, but they could order the necessary tests to determine what further actions should be taken. It would also probably be a good idea to get a full panel of blood word done to ensure all your levels are in check. I know potassium for instance can have major impacts on the heart and blood pressure. If you're on medications like Diamox, it's very easy for potassium levels to drop below normal ranges.

Low BP could be a number of things. Lasix is one possibility. What other medications are you on?
Dehydration could be another cause, but also could be being caused by the diuretics (lasix or diamox) which make you waste fluids.
With visual changes and weakness and being on a diuretic, do you get palpitations, shortness of breath? Have your headaches been making you vomit a lot lately? Any of these could be possible signs and contributors to (rare but a risk of) metabolic alkalosis which your Dr. can test for through blood and urine samples.
Also, food for thought: I just happen to have BP dysregulation caused by my IIH (so far as we cannot find any other cause for it) with BPs that range from 70/50-148/98 in the same day.
