HEY EVERYONE, SO TODAY I FELT REALLY CRAPPY ALL DAY JUST KIND OF OUT OF IT SO I DECIDED TO TAKE MY BP AT A LOCAL PHARMACY. MY BP WAS 138/72! NOW DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THIS WORKS CAUSE I KNOW THE TOP NUMBER IS A LITTLE HIGH AND THE BOTTOM ONE IS A LITTLE LOW.
Normal blood pressure reading , ideally should be, 120/80.
Its the bottom number you have to watch out for. If it goes up to 90 and over, thats high blood pressure.
The bottom one , well they say add 10 on for your age after 40!
Your top one could have been a little bit high because you were anxious, or were in pain. Pain can move it up to.
