Hey everyone,
Sorry I haven't been around for awhile, but I have been working a lot of overtime at work and have been very busy with everyday life. This past week I had a root canal and then a crown put in. I ended up with a huge headache on Thursday because of it. I don't know if it was due to the tooth work or the PTC...I go back for my two month check-up with my neuro-opth on the 23rd of this month and I am getting really nervous. Everytime he gets his little round magnifier thing out of the box to check the optic nerve, I just cringe...I know the next step if it hasn't improved, is a shunt which I DO NOT want to do if all possible...I hope everyone has been doing well and has been headache free! Sorry you had a bad headaches after a root canal. I haven't had a root canal but have had headaches after dental work...it sounds like the headache is from that.
Just wondering if you are still having PTC headaches (prior to the root canal)?
What ever you decide to do, shunt or not shunt, i pray that you feel better. Jazzy
I thought maybe you where still in morning over the GBP's not making it to the super bowl.
Speaking of Shunts, I am in the hospital right now for a test that will determine if a VP shunt will cure my headache.
