I have been having trouble since I was around 16 with some strange symptoms including constant headaches, tiredness, mood swings, lactating, eye twitching, absent menses, visual disturbances and even 3 grand mal seizures and no doctors could ever find out what was wrong with me! About a year ago after years of doctors telling me that I was fine, that everyone has aches and pains and that my monthly periods would return on their own, I pushed for an MRI scan where they discovered a pituitary adenoma and then they arranged for blood tests where they also discovered that my Prolactin levels were really high. I have now been looking online and found that there are other people out there with similar complaints and feel so happy that I'm not going crazy! I don't have any children but definitely want some in the future and would like to know if anyone else had their periods return with medication and went on to have children? Also has anyone else suffered with seizures due to pituitary problems? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks :o)
