I'm not on antidepressants, but I was in almost the exact situation as you 2 years ago! At one point after the diagnosis I did just enough to get by during the day than would just stay at home eat terrible comfort foods and just watch movies or game. After a few months of this though I found the motivation to change my lifestyle (workout 3=5 x/week and a healthier diet). Between the lifestyle change and the cabergaline (up to taking 1.0 mg twice a week, my T levels have more than doubled! I'm certain the prolactinoma is still there, but I feel so much better than the days during and after my diagnosis. Just want you to know it gets better! Things can only go up from here!
