I did talked to my doctor and she said that I can sneeze as long as im careful. If I have to sneeze then sneeze because if I hold I back like I did then I will get a violent sneeze like I did before and get a headache.
As for the sleeping. I have been sleeping really good since I had the surgery, but I am constantly tired all the time. I take a shower and feel like I need a nap.
I have always used two pillows so that doest bother me so much, but when I got out of surgery, I had to use like three.
I think that everyone experience with these tumors and surgeries is completely unique and I think that all of us who have had the surgery have to wait and see until our bodies hormones even out to see exactly how we feel.
