I exercise 5 times a week, walk my dog everyday, eat healthy and if anything put on. I am going to be asked to be tested for my Thyroid again and speak with my consultant. Sorry not much help, but you are not alone on the weight issue. I am 42lb heavier now.
BTW: I am based in the UK and am 34 years old, my Prolactinoma was diagnosed in 2011.
I'm based in the UK too and I'm 20 I've been told it's quite rare to have at my age.
