When I did have pituitary headache I was pregnant and it felt like a migraine. It was in that spot I talked about then ran down the sides of my head to my ears and covered the whole back of my head.
I agree with you if the medication was not working one of the first signs for me is the lactation.
I would try a allergy tab with a decongestant.
I have some Claritin, so I just need to buy some Sudafed and I'll try that along with Advil.
