I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Yes, over a year with no narcotics at all. I did no therapy at all, just lots of talks with God. when I was given pain pills again for my injuries, I did not have any tolerance any longer, like before, and was only taking 1-2 (3 on a bad day) vicodin and was buzzed and somewhat pain free from all the injuries and I was "crutching" around for 18 hrs a day. eventually I would have to take more to get the same effect and that didn't occur until about month #3, when my injuries weren't healing. Sorry, after reading your last post I feel like somehow I let you down, but I do know others who were on approx. 2-3 months and then tapered to nothing and they are still pain-pill free to this day. Here's a link with an explanation of what our brain's go through re: trying to get off Suboxone (very interesting/informative): http://www.naabt.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4887
Good Luck and I wish you nothing but HOPE and the best of everything!!!
