Just keep doing what you're doing, even if you can't sleep, just make sure you rest. The fatigue does seem to subside in the second trimester, so just hang in there! Also, make sure you're taking a prenatal vitamin with iron, our bodies need much more iron during pregnancy and low levels can cause a lot of fatigue.
Staying hydrated and exercise seem to help as well, it also helps me sleep better at night when I've gotten in a little exercise before bed. It's probably the last thing you want to do when you're tired, but it really can help.
