Hi love. Don't worry about a preemie baby!!

I started leaking within the week with my daughter (who was term!) but not so much with our son - who was born at 25 weeks!!

Leaking is just a response to hormones. And I have been told that lactating in pregnancy is a good sign your hormone levels will be good for labour :)

I'm at 35 weeks now and I've been 'leaking' colostrum for about 8 weeks - perfectly normal!

Some days are worse than others, but in the last week I've really noticed a jump in production.

I leak when they are simulated, never before when I was pregnant has this happened! this is my 5th pregnancy and I have never had premature labour before, just the opposite :)

I'm 28wks and have been leaking since 16wks.

I started around 20wks with my son who was full term:-)

lol.. I am about 26 weeks myself and I started lactating about a month ago and this is my second pregnancy. With my first i didnt start lactating til my last month. So i thought it was a lil weird myself to lactate this early, but oh well cant control it..

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was 22 weeks when I first sprung a leak....and I went full term (41 1/2 weeks actually!). It was usually the worst when I was around babies....I actually leaked one time while at work, we had a crash c-section on a dog I heard the puppies crying and started leaking. It's a good thing I worked with a lot of women with kids, otherwise I would've been beyond humiliation :) I just made sure to wear breast pads after that! lol!
