Does anyone ever question whether they chose the right father of their baby? I love my boyfriend so much but he isnt all that supportative right now. Dont get me wrong he is excited for the baby just cant seem to to understand that i dont feel all that great all the time and doesnt seem to wana make the effort to be with me. I guess i can see his side, i am not the fun party girl i used to be. Havent been to the bar since may and thats how we would spend our weekends. I guess i am just lonely and jealous cause he is out with his buddies tonight. I hope as i get closer to deliever he becomes the partner i need in this. Thanks everyone for listening...

Try talking to him about how your feeling. I know thats the last thing I want to do is go to the bar. Tell him your fears, it may help. I know I've had times like that where I would talk to my fiance and things would get better after that. Best of Luck

I am in the same situation. My boyfriend loves to go out and drink and I'm stuck home rubbing my own swollen feet. I get very annoyed when he decides to stay out all night when I'm stuck home. Our baby is due in early October and it's gotten a little better now that we are getting close to delivery day but we still fight almost every weekend over it. Sometimes i think I'm overreacting but I don't know...

Communication is key. You need to let your man know whats bothering you and why. He should also take you and your feelings into consideration. Especially in this time of need, your pregnant, probably not feeling yourself like you use to and probably very emotional. You need his support and understanding right now.

Yeah i think i will have a sit down with him today and talk things out. I think it wouldnt be so bad if i actually had something else to fill up my time while he was out. I have nothing going on at all no friends and no life anymore. Just feeling a little depressed, comes with the hormones i guess. Lol. The support is greatly appreciated in my time of need. I love this group! thanks ladies.

I hope you talk goes smoothly and this get better! Was this a planned pregnancy? I think if it was then he needs to really be more aware of your feelings. If he planned this baby with you then this needs to be a team effort. If this was a surprise baby then I think you need to have a completely different talk. If he wants to be involved then he needs to make some chances and better choices. You need to let him know that his choices now might affect your choices on the future and will affect his child opinion of him when the baby gets older.

Bell We partially planned the pregnancy, just stopped birth control and let nature take its course. We talked a little and seem to be more on the same page. Guess we will just have to see what the future brings...thanks ladies : )
